Certemy Licensing System Video Tutorials

New License or Additional License Type – The first, initial WV Medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy License or the addition of a new license type. The cost is $92 for one (1) year or twelve (12) months. Upon approval your license will be immediately available for download in your digital wallet.

Temporary License for New Graduates – A WV Medical Imaging License for a radiologic technologist or nuclear medicine technologist who has completed a Board approved medical imaging program within the previous six months and has not passed a national medical imaging credentialing exam.  The cost is $37 for twenty-four (24) weeks or six (6) months. The temporary license cannot be renewed or extended. Upon approval your license will be immediately available for download in your digital wallet

Renewal License – The renewal of a previously held WV Medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy License. The cost is $60 for one (1) year or twelve (12) months. Upon approval your license will be immediately available for download in your digital wallet.

Late Renewal License – The renewal of an expired WV Medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy License within the first sixty (60) days after expiration. The cost is $85 for one (1) year or twelve (12) months. Upon approval your license will be immediately available for download in your digital wallet.

Reinstatement License – The renewal of an expired WV Medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy License that has been expired more than sixty (60) days. The cost is $85 for one (1) year or twelve (12) months.Upon approval your license will be immediately available for download in your digital wallet.

Wallet Card – The generation of a wallet card size WV Medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy License.  A wallet card size license is free upon request at initial licensure and upon satisfactory renewal.

Contact Information Change – Current licensee’s contact information, including mailing address, phone number, and email address are required to be updated within 30 days of a change.  Sign into your profile account and update your information.  There is no fee for updating your contact information.
